Client Success Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their licensing and compliance needs are met with excellence. You will coordinate across internal teams to deliver projects on time and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Serve as the primary contact for client communications
- Coordinate licensing projects across internal teams
- Conduct regular client reviews and status updates
- Identify opportunities for additional services
- Resolve client issues and escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management or client-facing experience
- Financial services industry knowledge preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
