Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

About the Role
Join our finance team to manage client billing, process bond and license payments, and support financial reporting. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Process client invoices and manage accounts receivable
- Handle surety bond and license fee payments
- Reconcile financial transactions and accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial reports and analysis
- Collaborate with operations team on project budgeting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance minimum; Bachelor's preferred
