Senior Compliance Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead compliance monitoring and regulatory change management initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of financial services regulations and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable compliance procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes across all 50 states affecting licensed clients
- Develop and maintain compliance procedures and policies
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits
- Prepare clients for state regulatory examinations
- Provide guidance on complex compliance questions
- Train team members on regulatory requirements and updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal financial regulations
- Experience with regulatory examinations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CRCM, CAMS, or similar certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
